The Board of Directors work to ensure effective management of current income and protection of our accumulated assets. In addition to approving and overseeing the yearly budget, the board develops and executes plans for fundraising and does community outreach. Board members are elected for a three year term with an option to renew that membership for an additional three years.
The board meets on the second Thursday of each month at 81 Belmont Ave. in Brattleboro. The meetings run from 2:00PM - 3:00PM.
