- Each licensed counselor that works with the Center is a private contractor and receives a 1099 IRS form each year - Each licensed counselor sets their own work and vacation/time off schedules - Each licensed counselor receives a large percentage of the money they bring in per client
- BPCC Provides: Office space, Confidential Phone lines, Advertising, Peer Support, Board of Directors oversight, Office supplies, postal service, Assistance with getting on various insurance panels - Most importantly BPCC Provides, with over 34 years of experience,Insurance Billing and Problem Solving
- Each licensed counselor that works with the Center maintains their own accreditation, and are responsible to fulfill all continuing education requirements and obtain appropriate clinical supervision for ongoing licensure with their professional certifying group.
- Each licensed counselor must adhere to the appropriate professional and ethical standards as promulgated by the certifying or professional groups to which they hold licensure. - Each licensed counselor must also provide and maintain their own professional liability insurance with minimal coverage levels of $1,000,000/$3,000,00
